Jamie Chadwin

Jamie Chadwin is a highly accomplished basketball coach with over two decades of experience at various levels of basketball competition. Most recently, from 2016 to 2023, Jamie served as the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Radnor High School, where he led the team to an undefeated season, securing both the Central League Championship and the District 1 Championship with a remarkable 29-1 record in 2023. Prior to his success at Radnor, Jamie was the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy from 2012 to 2016, where he played a key role in the school’s transition to a coeducational institution.

Jamie’s coaching expertise extends to the national stage as well. He was the Head Men’s
Basketball Coach for the U19 National Team of Maccabi USA from 2012 to 2013, leading the
team to a gold medal at the 2013 World Maccabiah Games. At 25 years old, Jamie made a
lasting impact as the first Men’s Basketball Coach at Immaculata University, guiding the team to
a Pennsylvania Athletic Conference (PAC) Championship and an appearance in the NCAA
Division III National Tournament during the 2007-2008 season. For his outstanding leadership,
Jamie was named the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2007.

Jamie’s love for basketball began in his high school years at Germantown Academy, where he
captained the varsity basketball team and contributed to three consecutive Inter-Academic
League Championships. He also excelled in golf, winning an individual league championship in 1996. His collegiate athletic career included playing varsity golf at Lynchburg College and later
serving as a student assistant basketball coach at the University of Delaware.

In addition to his coaching accomplishments, Jamie has been an active member of several
professional associations, including the Philadelphia Small College Basketball Coaches
Association, the National Association of Basketball Coaches, and the Philadelphia Chapter of
Coaches vs. Cancer.

Since 2017, Jamie has channeled his leadership skills into his role as the Co-Owner and
Director of Camp Mah-Kee-Nac with his Wife (Rachel), where he continues to shape the lives of
young campers and future coaches and teachers, fostering a growth-oriented environment. His
dedication to youth development and his passion for sports have made a significant impact on
the lives of many.

More important than professional achievements, Jamie is deeply committed to his family. Jamie
and Rachel have three daughters: Paige, Reese, and Shay. Supported by their family, including
his parents Sherrea and Steven, and his sister Jessica.
