A lifelong athlete who somehow traded the soccer pitch for the world of global brand marketing and tech. My playing days at Penn State were defined by being a four-year starter and contributing to four Big Ten titles, earning both All-Big Ten and Academic All-American honors along the way. While a series of concussions forced me into “corporate America” earlier than I had planned, that competitive energy never left – it simply shifted from the field toward a fascination with storytelling and building global networks.
My career began at Nike, where I became obsessed with the mechanics of global business, and eventually led me to The Robot Company (now Fulwell Entertainment), where I built and led marketing strategies for both A-list talent and Fortune 500 brands. Both experiences solidified my belief in the power of a “who, not how” philosophy – the idea that the right people in your corner matter the most.
Today, I’m the founder of el3ment, an entertainment tech platform designed to facilitate global collaboration and niche IP discovery. I’ve spent my career building bridges between sports, tech, and entertainment across more than 70 countries, and I still keep a foot in the sports world, advising startups like Reine Collective, an infrastructure for female athletes to grow their brand value and own their businesses, and Joey, a clean, fruit-powered, planet-friendly sports drink for kids. That same drive to connect people across borders led me to become a fellow in the British-American Project – a transatlantic fellowship of over 1,400 leaders and rising stars across business, public life, and beyond.
During any downtime, you’ll find me in a coffee shop with a good book, on a self-guided food tour with friends and family, or fully embracing my golf and pickleball era.
